CX Horticulture/United Fertilizers Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with CX Horticulture/United Fertilizers! We aim to provide a seamless and discreet shipping experience for all our customers. Please review our shipping policy below:

Shipping Times:

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 2-5 business days after processing.

Shipping Rates:

  • Any order over $100.00 (after discounts are applied), ships FREE. For orders below $100.00, we use live rates to calculate shipping costs. These are determined at checkout and depend on the weight of the items in your cart and your shipping address. 

Discreet Packaging:

All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging to ensure your privacy.

Shipping Destinations:

  • We currently ship within the contiguous United States. We can ship to Hawaii and Alaska but those are done on a case-by-case basis. If you live in either of those states, please contact usinfo@cxhorticulture.com to order.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package through the link provided in the email.

Issues with Shipping:

  • If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, please contact us at usinfo@cxhorticulture.com with your order number.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, but we will do our best to assist you.

CX Horticulture/United Fertilizers Return Policy

Don’t worry! If you’re not satisfied with your CX Horticulture/United Fertilizers order (or you’ve just changed your mind), you have 30 days from the date of receiving it to return it.

The product must be unopened and in saleable condition. Failure to return a product that is unused or not in ‘as received’ condition will void the return. If we receive a return that contains a product that has been used or not in ‘as received’ condition, we will send the item back to you.

Damaged in Transit Claims:

At CX Horticulture/United Fertilizers, we’re committed to ensuring your order arrives in perfect condition. If your product is damaged during transit, please email usinfo@cxhorticulture.com with pictures of the damage. We’ll handle the claim process with the appropriate carrier and promptly provide you with a replacement or refund.

Lost Package Claims:

If your shipment goes missing or is delivered to the wrong address, don’t worry—we have you covered. Please contact usinfo@cxhorticulture.com with your order details, and we’ll initiate a lost package claim with the carrier.

We’ll keep you updated throughout the process and work quickly to offer a replacement or alternative solution to ensure you receive your products without further delay.

How long do I wait for a refund?

All refunds are processed as quickly as possible. If you are approved, you can expect your money back within 5-10 working days of our team processing the refund. We will refund you using your original method of payment.

If your refund is late or missing, please contact your credit card company before speaking to us. It might be that we have already processed the refund, but it is taking slightly longer for the transaction to appear. Next, contact your bank.

If you still have no evidence of the refund, please contact us at usinfo@cxhorticulture.com and we will work to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping Costs:

We will cover the shipping cost for any refund due to our own fault, i.e. a faulty or incorrect item.

If your refund is due to personal preference / personal error, we ask that you pay the cost of returning your items. This will be deducted from the amount returned to you in your refund.
